Once the design direction feels aligned and you’re ready to move forward, your wedding date is officially secured with a signed agreement and retainer.

I collaborate closely with you during your planning journey, fine-tuning details to ensure every element aligns with your vision.

Approximately 2 months before your wedding day or celebration, we’ll have a final design meeting. to finalize details. And, remember, I am always available for questions, adjustments or inspiration you want to share.

Event design begins at $500.

I design florals for corporate events, intimate gatherings, private dinners, brand shoots, showers and celebrations of all kinds.

Many couples reserve their date 9-18 months in advance,, especially for peak wedding months. We recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are secured. We intentionally take a limited number of events each year to ensure our clients receive our full creative attention.

Yes, we provide full delivery and on-site floral installation.

At the end of the evening (if applicable), we return to collect any rental items, such as vases, candles or decor provided by us.

A strike/tear down service must be agreed upon and outlined in your contract.

All floral arrangements belong to the client and we do not remove or dispose of flowers after the event. Many couples choose to donate the florals or take arrangements home.

This number varies depending on scope and design scale of each event. We very intentionally take on a limited number of weddings and events each season so every celebration receives the creative attention and thoughtful design it deserves.

Mockups and detailed design visuals are offered as part of a separate paid design service.

Absolutely! Additional design meetings and venue walk throughs can be added to our à la carte services to further support your planning process.

These sessions are offered at $100.00 per hour, allowing us to provide more in-depth guidance and design support as needed.

Yes, we do stay for room flips; however, this must be agreed upon in advance and outlined in your contract, with an additional fee based on the scope and timing of the flip.
